Salon Policies

Cancellation
I kindly ask that all appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled within 6–8 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a fee.

Arriving Late
Please contact me directly if you’re running late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, adjustments may need to be made to your service out of respect for other scheduled guests.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued once a service is complete. However, if you have any concerns, please reach out within 72 hours—I’ll be happy to make adjustments. My goal is for you to love your hair every time you leave the chair!

Hair History
Honesty is key! Please be upfront during your consultation and while filling out the client form provided on Gloss Genius. This information helps me determine your hair’s ability to lift, retain color, and much more.

Extra Guests
Space and seating inside the suite is limited, so I kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra guests unless discussed beforehand (otherwise we’ll be playing musical chairs!).

Home Care
